Foo Fighters cover Rush and it’s everything you want it to be

April 20, 2013

This week, Consequence of Sound reported that members of The Foo Fighters inducted Rush into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame. The Foo Fighters played a part of “2112,” captured by a fan video from YouTube user Canal de clg2112.In the video,The Foo Fighters wear ridiculous wigs to look like Rush from the 1970s, making everything right and nothing hurt. To add on to the awesomeness of this video, Rush themselves come out to perform with the Foo Fighters. What else can you want from a Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame video? The YouTube user who uploaded the video, added another video today of Rush playing “Tom Sawyer,” you can see that at his page hyperlinked above.

Rock question of the week:

How awesome is the fan video of The Foo Fighters playing with Rush? And, if you could have a modern band play with a classic rock band, which bands would you pick?
